Guarantee and Cancellation of Booking

Best available rate
No charge for cancellations up to 48 hours/days prior to arrival; after which one night will be charged.
Premature departure: no charge if communicated up to 72 hours/3 days prior to set departure; after which one or more of the nights cancelled will be charged according to the going rate of the time.

Advance Booking (made at least 60 days in advance, 15% discount, non-refundable)
Payment will be made at least 60 days in advance and in case of partial or total cancellation the amount will not be refunded.
Requests to change booking will be authorised in writing.

High season (July, August, holidays, trade fair periods)
No extra charge for cancellations made up to 7 days prior to arrival; after which one night will be charged.
Premature departure: no extra charge if communicated up to 72 hours/3 days prior to set departure; after which one or more of the nights cancelled will be charged according to the going rate of the time.

Booking cancellation
In cases of no-show, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

Eventual booking changes and cancellations will be communicated in writing and if the cancellation is made within the bounds of the cancellation policy no extra amount will be charged.
Confirmation of cancellation on the part of the Relais will be allotted a cancellation number. If the booking was made online it is possible to make cancellations online.

Booking guarantee
It is not possible to make a booking without a credit card number and guarantee. Booked rooms are guaranteed until 24.00.
Eventual bookings not guaranteed by credit card are treated individually, in which case there will be an arrival deadline for the room.
