What is the general policy regarding tips?
Tips are welcome, but not compulsory; they are generally there to thank the staff for good service.

What are the main festivals of Verona and Lake Garda?
The main festivals are Easter, Whitson, Ferragosto (15th August), Christmas and New Year.
The main trade fairs in Verona are: Vinitaly, Fair for Luxury Goods, Marmomacchine International Exhibition of Stone, Design and Technology, International Horse Fair.
The main events on Lake Garda (Bardolino) are: Grape Festival, Chiaretto Wine Festival, ‘Bisse’ (traditional boat) Regatta.

How much does a taxi cost?
The cost of a taxi will vary according to the trip. Night supplement is +20%. Please contact reception for further information.

Does the Relais have a transfer service?
Yes. Transfers have to be booked at least 3 days in advance. Requests are made via email and it is necessary to complete a form or contact reception.

Yes. Please contact reception for further information.

How big are the rooms?
We have rooms that vary in size between 25 m2 and 48 m2 according to room type: Deluxe, Junior Suite or Suite.

How do I use the telephone?
By dialling 0 you can make all types of calls, national and international.

What are the hours for breakfast and the restaurant?
Breakfast: from 7.30 a.m. until 11.00 a.m. If you are leaving very early in the morning, just contact our staff to arrange to have breakfast served in your room.
Dinner: from 7.30 p.m. until 9.30 p.m. The Restaurant is open also to external customers (booking required) and offers an à la carte menu and a ‘De Gustibus’ tasting session.

What are bar opening hours?
The bar is also open to external customers every day from 08.00 until midnight. Our staff will be happy offer a light menu at the bar to those arriving late in the evening or when the restaurant is closed.

The best available rates cover rooms with American-style buffet breakfast, WiFi internet, car parking, welcome drink, service and taxes included.
